Organizations are entering a new era in which change is no longer episodic, linear, or predictable. The framework integrates five original concepts:

Rather than predicting the future, the Metaruption Index provides a grammar for understanding how futures emerge from the interaction between complexity, technology, and human agency. It offers leaders, policymakers, innovators, and boards a practical framework for transforming acceleration into coherence, complexity into direction, and technological mutation into strategic sovereignty.
